As traffic to our real estate Costa Rica website has been increasing, we have decided to cash in on our success in a way that will benefit our customers that list their properties with us by adding new features to our website.

The first is that we will now allow real estate agents in Costa Rica to place their listings on our website for a fee.  Of course, to ensure that the quality and safety of our listings, each agent that advertises their real estate listing will have to meet our approval first.  If you are a Costa Rica real estate agent interested in posting your listings on our site, please email lyndsay@costaricarealestatehunter.com.

The second way we will be expanding is that we are in the process of adding an auction feature on our site which will allow our customers to get a better price on their property in Costa Rica.  We expect this project to be completed within the next month so keep visiting our website for updates!
